Best Motherboards Options for 2017

Best Motherboards
As it’s the start of the New Year, this for many means new PC’s or its time to upgrade their current systems. Here is a list of some of the best options motherboards to date as long as their socket types and chipsets too! I will begin with some Intel Motherboards. I will also include some pictures and videos of the motherboards listed making you decide which one you like the most!

Intel Motherboards
I just couldn’t leave this absolute gem until last, so we start straight off with one of Intel’s best gaming motherboards The Gigabyte z170x!

With the release of their z170 platform Intel have boosted this motherboard with room for DDR4 and still DDR3
The Gigabyte Z170x Although it's quite expensive, with a price tag of $591(Amazon) which is equal to about €556.
Perfect for gaming!
Its packed with top of the range goodness, including 3-way SLI, integrated liquid cooler support, USB 3.1 front panel adapter, dual gigabit Ethernet, You get some of the best features for the price, four-DIMM memory overclocking stability making it all around a beast!
Also has an LGA 1151 socket
Z170 Chipset

The ASRock Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming K4 ATX Motherboard:

I decided since the z170x is such an expensive monster and way beyond many peoples budget so I decided to go the cheaper route with this one while still keeping it on the high performance side.

Alright, so, straight away this is way cheaper than the z170x coming in at just $140.99(Amazon) €132, so yes very much a cheaper motherboard, now for all you people who like to get the most out of their motherboards I am afraid this one might not be what you’re looking for, as it only has 4-DIMM Modules to overclock with, but aside from that it also has a Mid-range CPU with overclocking capability a simple and good motherboard for people looking for a cheap build!
Socket: LGA 1151
Chipset: Z170
Form factor: ATX

MSI Z97 Gaming 5:

Okay, so next we have what is probably one of my favourite motherboards, its cheap, its powerful and an all-around good performing motherboard for the price The MSI Z97 Gaming 5 is something I’ve been very happy to include as I think this motherboard fly's under the radar of most buyers which I can't understand, I will include some other peoples reviews from amazon and include them or you can head over to amazon and check it out yourself.

So straight away again it's another cheap motherboard but an absolute gem to be honest.
The MSI Z97 Gaming 5 from Intel it supports DDR3/SDRAM, 32gb 4 USB 2.0 Ports as well as 1 USB 3.0 Port, A HDMI Port, Ethernet port, VGA Port and a PS2 Port.
This motherboard is an all-around monster and the price believe it or not is only £223. Unbelievable Jeff!
Just in case I missed anything, YouTube videos below!

Ok, so, you’re all probably wondering why there are only Intel motherboards, well, to be honest, I have no idea.

But moving onto AMD motherboards (About time).

AMD motherboards

So, lets' get on with it!
I am starting the AMD List off with the
ASUS M5A99FX ProR2.0:

The ASUS M5A99FX ProR2.0 is as most AMD motherboards affordable, and reliable.
Supporting 4 single slot or 3 double slot graphics cards
2 way SLI, Front USB 3.0 port SATA 6Gb/s support
A TPU processor (Ultimate Turbo Processor)
Network iControl AMD Socket AM3+
As you can see this motherboard is packed full of goodness and for such a cheap price of £147.99  you just can't go wrong can you?

So this is kind of unexpected, but I’ve decided to make the next two motherboards that are yet to be released by AMD and are hoping to be released this year (Hopefully!)
So AMD Ryzen AM4 Motherboards are soon to be released and I’ve found some information and just wanted to share with you some of these beastly new Motherboards coming to the market.
First up we have the X370
Includes 2 way SLI, 8 PCIe 2 lanes, 2 USB 3.1 Ports, 8 USB 3.0, 6 USB 2.0, 8 SATA 6GB/s, 4 DDR4 DIMMS
If that doesn’t sound like a whole lot of goodness, there's MORE! Also have overclocking support NVMe Support and an ATX Form factor! AND WHATS EVEN BETTER IS THE PRICE! ~$149US!!!
I'm afraid I don’t want to upload a picture of it as it maybe copyrighted, but a quick search should do it
Next is the B350, SLI Support is not yet announced, but aside from that it holds 6 PCIe 2 lanes, 2 USB 3.1, 4 USB 3.0, 6 USB 2.0, 6 SATA GB/s, 4 DDR4 DIMMs, Overclocking support, NVMe, ATX and M-ATX Form factor!
