Best Jobs sites in Ireland

http://comptia-microsoft-it-training-dublin.blogspot.ie/2017/02/best-jobs-sites-in-ireland.html

Job hunting can be very frustrating and time-consuming. One has to be ready to get turned down for a few jobs, and in some cases you never hear anything back from some of the applications but it is always good to keep hope alive as there would eventually be the opportunity to land one’s dream job at some point.

There are so many different websites, newspapers, employment agencies, notice boards and job centres dedicated to job searching that it can be tough to know where to start. That said however, it’s important to mention that there are several job sites in Ireland dedicated to helping those looking for opportunities to start a new job, learn a new trade, get internship opportunity and for those looking to change jobs/career for all kind of reasons.

In recent years, according to popular opinion, Ireland has emerged as the technology hub for the technology workforce in Europe. Technology giants such as Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Cisco, Google, Apple, Accenture, Twitter, Yahoo, Yelp, Dropbox, Amazon, DELL, and Facebook to mention a few all have their European/EMEA headquarters in Ireland.

Considering the foregoing, it is fascinating to imagine the huge human capital demands from these multinationals and vibrant indigenous blue chip companies in Ireland as well as public service sector. The need for human resources with the requisite skills and expertise to deliver the expected professional services is vast and reason why it is important to have recruitment agencies and online job sites to meet these demands. To this end, it is therefore very important to have trusted jobsites that would serve as a bridge between those looking for jobs and the companies willing to offer the jobs.

To ease off the process, we have untold numbers of recruiters or recruitment agencies in Ireland and these agencies have their presence on major job sites. From personal experience since I moved to Ireland, I observed there are several job sites out there on the internet but only a few of them are predominantly outstanding on account of popularity and results over the years.

It is then not surprising to see that the world’s largest professional network site LinkedIn also pitched its European HQ in Ireland seeing it’s important to service this huge HUB.

For the purpose of this write-up, I would suggest you look up the links to my my preferred jobsites and see for yourself the level of success of these sites in their own words and I have my best job sites listed in no particular order; as jobs.ie, indeed.ie, LinkedIn, irishjobs.ie, monster.ie

LinkedIn operates the world’s largest professional network on the Internet with more than 467 million members in over 200 countries and territories.

Professionals are signing up to join LinkedIn at a rate of more than two new members per second.

There are more than 40 million students and recent college graduates on LinkedIn. They are LinkedIn's fastest-growing demographic.

With presence in 30 strategic locations across Ireland, http://www.jobs.ie/ is no doubt a household name for jobseekers in Ireland and beyond.

Traffic figures confirm http://www.irishjobs.ie/ is Ireland’s number one recruitment website

1.5 million Visits per month by over 700,000 different high caliber career seekers

Connecting locally, nationally and globally

Solutions to your global recruitment needs

Local language websites in over 60 languages

In the final analysis, it is a safe conclusion that the job seeking space in Ireland is just as wide as these available robust jobsites to meet the yearning demands of career seekers.
